Location: Hybrid (home-based with occasional team and studio days in Cheshire)

Purpose of the Role

Responsible for designing brand-aligned graphics, layouts, and materials for both digital and print. This role ensures all creative output is visually consistent, professional, and supports the company’s marketing, education, and membership goals.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Design

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve brand style and design guidelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and platforms.

Content & Materials

  • Design course materials, educational graphics, and supporting resources.
  • Create product images, promotional layouts, and assets for online sales.
  • Develop graphics for websites, sales funnels, and digital campaigns.
  • Design membership collateral, including downloads, community assets, and event materials.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with the Creative Producer-Director, Marketing Manager, and Education team.
  • Contribute design ideas during content planning and project discussions.
  • Organise and maintain the design asset library for accessibility and version control.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3+ years’ experience as a graphic designer in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Proven ability to design for both digital and print.
  • Experience designing for websites, funnels, and social media platforms.
  • Strong layout and typography skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.

  • Brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Quality and creativity of course, marketing, and membership materials.
  • Timely delivery of design work to project briefs and deadlines.

Based in Cheshire, UK, with a dedicated film studio, our small but growing team produces high-quality educational content for an international audience.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok .

Your focus will be to design, launch, and optimise campaigns that profitably drive traffic into our low-ticket and direct-response funnels , while contributing to the wider growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution – Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms, aligned with business objectives.
  • Creative Development & Testing – Work with in-house or freelance creatives to produce compelling ads, run A/B tests, and refine messaging and targeting.
  • Funnel Optimisation – Collaborate with the funnel team to improve landing pages, sales flows, and conversion rates.
    Performance Tracking – Set up accurate tracking (pixels, UTMs, analytics) and provide regular reports on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
  • Budget Management – Allocate and optimise spend for maximum ROI while scaling profitable campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Participate in strategy sessions, provide updates, and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Market Awareness – Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years proven experience managing profitable paid campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok or similar).
  • Strong track record with direct-response funnels or low-ticket offers .
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager tools and analytics (Google Analytics, tracking setups e.g. Hyros).
    Knowledge of direct-response marketing, funnel optimisation, and testing methodologies.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
