Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Education to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching within the medical field, combined with research experience in wellness, longevity, and regenerative medicine. This role involves developing and delivering educational programs, conducting e-learning courses, keynote speaking, and participating in symposiums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educational Leadership: Develop and oversee the clinic’s educational strategy and curriculum, ensuring alignment with the latest research and best practices in wellness, longevity, and regenerative medicine.
- Content Development: Create engaging and comprehensive educational materials, including e-learning courses, webinars, workshops, and training programs for both internal staff and external audiences.
- Teaching and Training: Deliver high-quality educational sessions, both on-camera and in-person. Conduct training for clinical staff and public educational programs.
- Research Integration: Incorporate cutting-edge research into educational content. Stay abreast of advancements in the field and ensure continuous updating of educational materials.
- Keynote Speaking and Symposiums: Represent the clinic at national and international conferences, delivering keynote speeches and participating in symposiums to promote knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all educational activities meet high standards of quality and are evidence-based. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical, marketing, and research teams to integrate educational initiatives with clinical practice and outreach efforts.
- Innovation: Explore and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant field such as biomedical sciences, gerontology, regenerative medicine, or a related discipline.
- Significant teaching experience within the medical or wellness fields.
- Proven research experience in wellness, longevity, or regenerative medicine.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in teaching on-camera and conducting e-learning courses.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver educational curricula and materials.
- Experience in keynote speaking and participating in academic or industry symposiums.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
